The Fraser Brown 3 Peak Challenge

The Fraser Brown 3 Peak Challenge

The inaugural Fraser Brown 3 Peak Challenge will be taking place on Saturday 21st August to raise much needed funds for Macmillan.

Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer. One in three of us will get cancer, we are all affected by cancer but fortunately we can all help.

As treatments improve, more and more people are living with cancer in their daily lives. This means they need more than medical help, they also need practical, emotional and financial support.

Macmillan is a source of support, helping with all the things that people affected by cancer want and need. It’s not only patients who live with cancer, so Macmillan also helps carers, families and communities.

The aim of the 3 Peaks Challenge is to conquer the peaks of Ben Nevis (1344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Mount Snowdon (1085m) within a 24 hour period. Commenting on the task ahead, John Tansur of Fraser Brown said ‘I have agreed to take this challenge as a close friend of mine was recently diagnosed with cancer and Macmillan has been there with them from day one’

You can donate either by sending John Tansur at Fraser Brown a cheque made payable to “Macmillan” or you can visit http://www.justgiving.com/FraserBrown3PeaksChallenge and follow the simple instructions. If you donate through Just Giving and are a UK taxpayer then please remember to select the box so Gift Aid can be claimed on your donation at no cost to you.

Any donations no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated and help the Fraser Brown team reach far more than just 3 peaks!
