Challenge Raises Mountain Of Cash

A 15 strong team of solicitors from Nottingham-based Fraser Brown have conquered the three peaks of Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowdon, raising £13,500 for Macmillan Cancer Support in the process.
The team trekked a total of 26 miles scaling the three highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales. Team leader Richard Wollacott said: “The climb with a physical test for all of us. We’d all put in training beforehand to prepare but the real thing is really tough. From start to finish there was a shared sense of determination and great camaraderie, which helped push us on.
“We initially set out to raise £10,000 so to have already reached £13,500 and still have money coming in is amazing and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has donated.
“We’re delighted to be able to make such a large contribution to Macmillan Cancer Support. Completing the challenge is a great achievement for all involved and something the team can be very proud of.”
