Freeth Cartwright Celebrate International Role

Freeth Cartwright Solicitors are celebrating their involvement with an international provider of renal dialysis services, Fresenius Medical Care Deutschland GmbH of Bad Homburg, Frankfurt, Germany. This involvement arises from their historic relationship with Fresenius Medical Care (Holdings) Limited, the UK subsidiary of this international organisation whose UK Headquarters is in Huthwaite, Sutton-in-Ashfield.
The latest project which they have been involved in is a project to develop and operate renal dialysis centres across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed last week with SEHA, the organisation responsible for the running of hospital facilities across the Emirate. This project gives Fresenius exclusive arrangements for the provision of dialysis services across the Emirate with a medium-term plan to develop a new group of up to 5 state of the art purpose built clinics.
This project follows on from other Fresenius projects in which Freeth Cartwright are involved, including a recently signed deal to provide a range of facilities across Trinidad & Tobago and a project funded by the Department of Health in the UK to provide new dialysis centres across the North of England.
