Three new tenants have been welcomed to Ilkeston’s Castledine House, a £300,000, self contained, fully serviced, office project led by regeneration agency Erewash Partnership and grant-aided by Derbyshire Economic Partnership (DEP)
Architects Lacey and Owen, which worked on the renovation and conversion of the building last year have moved in, alongside new business Claire Broughton Photography and Credencis, a specialist, independent pension and investment advice provider.
Partner at Lacey and Owen, Stuart Lacey, said: “It’s great to be working in the office, which I had a hand in creating.”
Partnership economic development officer Phil Poulter added: “As an enterprise agency we are delighted to help new and growing businesses find their feet. We are also pleased to be taking on new tenants in these uncertain economic times.”
