Nelsons Welcome New Corporate Team In Derby

East Midlands’ law firm Nelsons has welcomed a new corporate team to its Derby office, led by David Kaplan.
The new team, which joins Nelsons from Keelys LLP in Derby, comprises Kaplan as well as solicitor Davinder Patara and consultant Julia Brown. Together they bring over 30 yeas experience across the corporate spectrum to include acquisitions, mergers and disposals, MBOs, MBIs and banking and finance. Prior to Keelys, the team worked together at Flint Bishop in Derby.
Kaplan confirmed: “We are all delighted to be a part of the continued development of Nelsons’ corporate practice. Nelsons has a great team of people and we’re looking forward to working closely with our new colleagues on a whole host of exciting projects.”
