BGB Advisory Launches

Three former colleagues of Grant Thornton have joined forces to form a new advisory practice called BGB Advisory.
The firm, founded by Bev Cook, Graeme Forbes and Bruce Thornton will specialise in advising family and owner managed businesses and professional partnerships, providing a range of advisory services including strategic business advice, marketing planning and advising on daily business issues such as contract negotiations and conflict resolution.
Cook confirmed: “What makes us different is that we are creative and imaginative and consider a businesses’ total needs; company, management, shareholders and of course, the owners’ individual personal goals. Collectively, we have over 80 years of advisory experience.”
Forbes continued: “We are very passionate about ensuring the success of family and owner managed businesses and professional partnerships. We derive a great sense of purpose from seeing the expertise we have gained from advising a large number of businesses across a variety of industry sector bring success and reward to the clients we now have the pleasure of advising as BGB Advisory.”
