Cooper Parry has signalled its long-term growth plans in Nottingham with a six-figure investment.

Cooper Parry has invested the sum in a revamp of its office on Park Row, Nottingham.  The office refurbishment supports the firm’s strategy of building for future growth as well as its on-going commitment to a Nottingham city centre presence.

The overhaul of its offices has seen a complete refurbishing of the lobby and reception areas as well as a redesign of its fourth floor meeting room suite. It is now looking for tenants to fill independent suites of 2000 to 2500 sq. ft on the ground and first floor.

Colin Shaw (pictured), chairman of Cooper Parry, said the revamp reflected the firm’s desire to create the best possible workplace for its employees.

He added: “We wanted our offices to reflect the services we provide and also the wider goals and aspiration of the firm.

“This investment signals our commitment to move the business forward by creating a more open and enjoyable work environment and provide the necessary space for the firm’s growth.

“We are delighted with our new look offices and the refurbishment has allowed us to make the best use of the space we have our available. Our modern new meeting rooms will also enhance our clients’ experience as well as improving the working environment for our team”

Cooper Parry moved to the 22,000 sq ft Park Row site in 2001 after moving from its offices in High Pavement.

The refurbishment work was completed by Blueprint Interiors, based in Diseworth which has already carried out interiors work for Cooper Parry in both Derby and Leicester.
