The Money Shop Plans Huge Expansion

Nottingham-based The Money Shop has announced its pawnbroking business is experiencing a resurgence and that it will be opening 50 new stores and creating 330 new jobs in 2012.
The Money Shop currently has ten stores in the East Midlands
The short-term lender says this month, which is traditionally the busiest time of the year for the pawnbroking trade, has been the busiest January to date, and this trend looks set to continue well into the New Year as research from the National Pawnbrokers Association shows the industry is growing by ten per cent a year with a new shop opening every week in the UK.
