Calverton Firm Fit Out New Galvin Restaurant in Harrods

Nottinghamshire-based DG Professional Interiors has been appointed to carry out the interior fit-out of the new Galvin Demoiselle restaurant in the iconic Harrods Food Halls.
Galvin Demoiselle will be the fifth London offering from Galvin Restaurants, the family run collection of French restaurants founded in 2005 by Michelin-starred chef brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin.
Sara Galvin, Patron of Galvin Demoiselle, says, “We are thrilled to be opening a restaurant in such an iconic London landmark and within one of the world’s most renowned Food Halls. Bringing Demoiselle from concept through to reality has been an incredibly exciting time for me personally and it has been designed to add a feminine touch to our extremely successful stable of restaurants.”
Commenting, Ian Coward, Managing Director of DG Professional Interiors said, “Being appointed on such a prestigious project involving two Michelin starred chefs is a real honour and we are really proud to have been trusted to help Sara deliver her dream.”
DG Professional Interiors are based in Calverton and employ over 60 staff who work nationwide on interior fit out projects for other blue chip bar and restaurant clients that include the Tom’s Kitchen restaurant in Chelsea, The Lawns Bar, Wimbledon, Sam’s Brasserie, Fat Cats and Henry J Bean.
They also work for several leading retailers, hotel chains, motorway service station operators, schools and Universities. Major brands include Hilton Hotels, Lacoste, Oakley, Hurley and Ralph Lauren.
