Midlands law firm Challinors has opened a new East Midlands headquarters in the heart of Nottingham city centre.

The firm, which has offices across the Midlands, has moved into Enfield House on Low Pavement, at the centre of the city.

Challinors has relocated from its previous Nottingham base at Colwick, and will use Enfield House as its East Midlands headquarters, supporting the firms’ network of offices that includes Leicester and as Thomas Solicitors in Loughborough and Long Eaton.

According to Challinors’ Nottingham and East Midlands’ head Sarah Pottle, the move is in response to expansion in resource and sustained growth in instructions:

“Enfield House is the perfect location for the firm’s twenty-five staff in Nottingham. Being based in the city centre places our full range of legal services in one key location, which makes our team accessible to our corporate and private clients and fits with our market positioning as one of the largest general legal practices in the Midlands.”

Andy Hodges, Challinors chief executive, comments: “The Nottingham city centre location has been carefully selected to ensure Challinors’ corporate and private client legal specialists are accessible and at the heart of Nottingham’s thriving and bustling commercial and city centre.

“Enfield House is ideally located for both business and private clients, and the central location, space and public transport links make it an attractive location for our team.”
